RUBEO ADMITS TO FRAME UP, AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN

To say this is unbelievable would be a misnomer, as I have called this self entitled "American Hero," a liar from day one.  It's something to behold to see the lowest common denominator of mob rats, admit to what we knew, and the jury knew all along about John "JR" Rubeo.  In fact after his less than stunning admission recently, I have to wonder why he even bothered to attack me, when everything I have posted, everything I have said, he practically verified from his less than secret hideout in Las Vegas.  On top of all his lies he's also violating his parole by associating with known felons, and gambling.  This is another example of team fed, allowing another miscreant to break his parole obligations in an attempt to clutch onto some sort of money grab he thinks is coming.

While in all organized crime cases you have informants, this particular one, is about as repulsive as it gets. I could talk on and on about his case, and I could point out fact from now until next year, I'm not going to riddle off a ton of that, because I've done that for a year plus already.  I simply want to use his words, against him.  The point is, stop believing what he alleges, because the reality is, there is not a single shred of truth to anything he says.  Nothing.

For starters, he alleged he worked for alleged boss of the Lucchese crime family, Steven Crea.  The problem is he never met Steven Crea, and his son Dominick is absolutely enraged that Rubeo would even make that claim.   In fact Dominick took to our radio page, to explain that Rubeo never met his father, and never worked for his father ever.   This sadly, is what mob rats do.  They attempt to put themselves with big names in order to drive their bullshit reputation.  They ALL do it.  In fact, just on the basis of Rubeo's statements, why in the hell would any boss from any family meet with an associate?  There is a protocol here, and one that's laughable when listening to Rubeo's statements.  What we cannot deny is that, Rubeo was definitely around alleged boss of Philadelphia, "Skinny" Joey Merlino, but the relationship was NOT nearly what Rubeo had attempted to make it out to be.  In fact Rubeo's own testimony proves that Merlino wouldn't have anything to do with him criminally.  Rubeo attempted dozens of times to drag Merlino into a conspiracy and he failed every single time to achieve that, and wiretaps proved it.   On several of the tapes, Rubeo complains that Merlino won't budge, and doesn't want to hear about "criminal ideas or shit, because he's out of the life."  "Merlino won't budge,he won't get involved in anything criminal," were Rubeo's own complaints.

Rubeo makes these wild claims that he sat all day in Pasquale Rigoletto's, and Italian resuturaunt in the Bronx, which was owned by alleged Genovese Capo Patsy Parello.  "Patsy sat there all day drunk, wouldn't let anyone leave till he did."  It's all lies.  For starters I know some people out there, and Rubeo did NOT sit there, in fact, the truth is, Rubeo would check in once and a while, and Patsy did NOT sit there drunk all day lamenting about "the death of his son," as Rubeo claims.  In fact, someone I will not name told me just this morning, "how the fuck could Rubeo be there all day, when Patsy wasn't even there all day, that kid was always snorting and taking drugs, he wouldn't know which way was up it if sat up and smacked him in the face.  That kid was a pussy, and a junkie."

So don't take my word for it, let's use court transcript: CW:1 IS JOHN RUBEO

So, what we have here, is proof, certifiable proof, that Rubeo tried to connect dots between Merlino and everyone short of Jesus Christ, and there was NO PROOF.  Even the alleged co-conspirators, denied knowing Joey, or any involvement into the cream scheme they had going.  It's an example of Rubeo going out of his way to try and bury Merlino.  In case your confused, the only reason Rubeo even knew Merlino, was because Rubeo got pinched for drugs and was looking at serious time, and the feds, who had a hard on for Merlino, wanted Rubeo to go down to Florida and get Joey involved in criminality.  It didn't work, and there is so much more.  Once again let's use Rubeo's own words here.

Anytime you have a trial, you are allowed to use people's very own words against them, the problem in this case, is that Judge Sullivan didn't feel Rubeo's words implicated Rubeo in wrong doing, and in my opinion that was utterly prejudicial in this case, because his own rants and delusions proved a hell of a lot.

1. “I want to get my $3,000.00 a month back.”  This is Rubeo complaining about not getting what he feel's is enough money from the Feds.

2. “I need to pay bills, go to college, take money with me, milk this thing, it is a

warped case, book deal with George(Anastasia).”   Rubeo is admitting wanting to get more money for his testimony, and is looking by any means necessary to make this a monetary gain, versus any moral obligation to himself or the feds, further proving his motivation was monetary, nothing else.

3. “The $45,000.00 grew to $69,000.00—I need that $60,000.00”  This is Rubeo wanting more money.

4. “The only things I did wrong—checks—Medicare—food stamps—phone—

and Bill knew.”  His claim, is that those are the only things he did wrong, but recently admitted to framing someone to make sure his deal was kept in place, and he also admits that his FBI handler William Inzerillo was in FACT covering up his crimes and activities while under the watch of the FBI.

5. “When I was lying I wasn’t lying I was protecting Bill.” He is claiming, he was protecting Special Agent William Inzerillo who knew Rubeo was still committing crimes after his agreement was signed, and continued to help Rubeo bury what he was doing.

6. “He is really taking this to trial—oh great—hiring more lawyers—fucking scumbag doing this.”  He is blaming Merlino for all his problems, yet this entire investigation stemmed from Rubeo getting caught selling drugs and rather than facing prison, he agreed to go to Florida and attempt to hem up Merlino and others.

7. “They say I took advantage of Bill—he doesn’t deserve to be an agent.” This is Rubeo more or less saying that Special Agent Inzerillo was indeed involved in a coverup and Rubeo is complaining that others are accusing Rubeo of tainting an agent, meanwhile it's his stance that Inzerillo did it to himself.

8. “The phones are recorded and go to the defense.” Rubeo is worried here that the lies he is spewing will come back to haunt him, because he knows his motivation all along has been monetary, which is why he lied to the feds, the prosecution, and even attempted to blackmail agents.

9. “He could have warned me and let me put money on the side.”  Rubeo complaining that the feds should have given him a heads up to save money so he'd have more after he was taken off the streets.

10. “He is going to trial this cocksucker.”(Female - “I hope he goes to jail forever.”)“So do I.”- This is perhaps the most obvious of the Rubeo tapes.  He blamed Merlino for all his problems, but in reality, his complaint is invalid.  He put himself in this situation and even after he became an informant it's not his fault he got caught selling drugs, it's not his fault he made a deal with the feds, it's not his fault he decided to go to Florida.  This is Rubeo blaming everyone else.  This is Rubeo at his core.  Fails to take any responsibility for his own deeds.  It's also Rubeo complaining because he felt he should get a free pass, no prison and a ton of money, which he made over $500,000 while being an informant, and he also took 10% of total assets seized in the trial.  If that doesn't say money grab, I don't know what does.

11. “If I plead guilty why not Bill—he was a co-conspirator on all my crimes.”  This is Rubeo now wanting to blame his handler Special Agent Inzerillo, for whatever he can.  This is Rubeo not being able once again to accept his own culpability.  Blame everyone, indict everyone, poor me.

12. “They ruined my life by putting me here—I was on top of the world—I will lose the money in the casinos.”    He ruined his own life, and it's his own problem if he can't stop gambling in Las Vegas.

13. “I did stuff wrong while cooperating.”  This is a huge understatement.  He not only beat his wife, he engaged in blackmail, lies, coverups, fraud, and that's the only things we know about.

14. “This fucking scumbag is going to trial—I hope he gets 40 fucking years.”-He's complaining that Merlino is fighting the case, and wanted Merlino to just plead guilty because Rubeo felt if that happened he wouldn't have to do any time in jail.

15. “They will not put me on the street and let me fuck up more—the trial is

shaky—they will not put their star witness on the street.”  Star Witness huh?  That's pretty funny for him to say, because he failed as a witness.  FAIL FAIL FAIL.

16. “If I refuse to testify they will rip up my agreement.”  I wonder if this is the part of the tape where Rubeo was crying like a baby, begging for drugs, and making claims that aliens were going to land in prison.  NO BULLSHIT, I have them tapes.

17. Female: “They are covering up for Bill.”CW-1: “No shit.”-  Two agents were removed from the case and reprimanded for their complicity in covering Rubeo's lies and crimes, so of course Rubeo is blaming his case agent for his own stupidity and failings as a witness.

These are facts, direct from the trial.  Just recently Rubeo admitted to framing an aging mob associate who got four years in prison for arson, in which Rubeo set fire to, a rival gamblers car in 2011.  This is a crime Rubeo committed prior to his cooperation, which he obviously never told the feds or his handlers he did, which once again is AGAINST his agreement.

Rubeo calls himself an "American Hero," for becoming an informant, but the reality is, he's nothing but an "Irrelevant Rat," who couldn't convict a turd of hitting the bottom of the toilet.  He's a wife beater, a junkie, a lowlife, and a liar, and you shouldn't believe a word he spews.  The court transcripts don't lie, and he can go on any platform he wants and spew his lies for the world to buy, but the reality is, just use common sense.  This guy didn't sit next to mob bosses, he didn't work or even know Steven Crea, it's all nonsense to inflate his story, because his motivation is and always has been money. He only attacks me and others who tell the truth, because his own ego won't allow him to admit what he is, persona non grata, a wannabee, a nothing, a complete zero in every sense of the word.  You will do yourself a world of justice if you just invest the time to look for yourself.  If agents were tossed off this case, reprimanded, and Rubeo admits to lie after life after lie, then how can you believe anything he says?  The fact is you can't and you shouldn't.
