MERLINO OUT, NARDUCCI HEADS TO BROOKLYN....

So while I was on set of The Flannagans, I got a text, from someone who shall remain nameless, that alleged Philadelphia mob boss "Skinny" Joey Merlino left FCI Coleman for a halfway house in Florida, and it didn't take along for the fence peeker to begin his usual weirdo love affair reporting nonsense.  All that aside, I'm happy.

Joey wrapped up a small sentence for gambling and is back in Florida getting his shit together.  A lot of people have asked me the last week or so, what my stance on all this is.  While I didn't have time as I busy with The Flannagans which is still ongoing, I didn't give it much thought.  To be honest, I'm glad Joey is home, because his case was a joke from beginning to end, and I've been vocal about that crap for over a year now.  What makes me happy is Joey did his time, and just goes about life.

The questions I am getting are quite ridiculous. Rather than answer them, I'm just going to lay it out, and hopefully it's just understood on all levels.  Stop believing what people are saying.  An opinion is a dime a dozen these days, and give a guy an inch he will take a foot. We have to stop buying headlines, and we have to stop buying third rate websites who continue to want to fill your mind with storylines and fairytales.  Joey Merlino once said on a radio show, "I get blamed for everything in this city," and he's accurate.   Joey for everything he truly is, and everything the feds and big mouths say he is, let's not forget he's an uncle, brother, cousin, but most importantly a father.  Joey has a way of raising his eyebrow at things, and too many times, he's raised his eyebrows looked at me and hilariously has said "they are fuckin' lunatics."   He's right.   It's one thing to make crazy allegations, but with Joey it seems like the far stretching gossip stories have reached some legendary peaks.

I always try and give you the facts, I try and give you validity here.  When I said he did nothing wrong, I meant it.  No factual evidence supported the feds bullshit case. The NY POST, and jerkoff journalists would have you believe he approached a juror, when he didn't.  I was there.  I never saw it.  In fact this juror was a whack job.  She talked to herself non stop.  How does a fucking juror with obvious mental issues even get on a fucking jury to begin with?   It was a carnival atmosphere, and at night when I go back to those few weeks I'm absolutely stunned.  It was like watching a grade B movie with a small plot that had so many holes I'm shocked it got through the first scene.

What the press has done to Joey has been unfair in many ways.  I have seen him go out of his way to be polite to the press, only to see them turn right around and essentially fuck him in the ass and report atrocious shit designed to inflame and hurt him and his family.  The mere vomit enducing shit these ghouls in New York did, was just disgusting.  The prosecution was no better, laying the ground for their star dipshit to utter a few sentences designed to create havoc from within, and I won't talk about it here because it was vile, lowest of the low, only used to create drama, and it shows the depths the gov't is willing to go to attempt to create something out of nothing.

The bottom line is, everyone is speculating.  They are making up stories to feed their base.  Nobody is accurate and nobody has a clue.  It's simple, leave the guy alone.    We are in a time where the FEDS are being exposed as the bull shitters they are. Never has their been a time where rats and informants have been actually proven to be garbage pails, with tailored testimony.  Juries are finally seeing through it, and that's a good thing.   It's my hope, for Joey, that they just leave him alone.  They got nothing, never will. It's one thing for a man to indict himself, it's another to take the words of garbage, and I'm glad that the tide is changing.   So, for Joey, it's welcome home, and we wish him nothing but the best, as always.  Life is short play hard or get off the damn field, but please for those who follow my site, my show, stop believing the nonsense being spewed by sites who wouldn't know the difference between a real man like Joey and someone whose a fucking nothing living off a name. Too many of those around.   Seriously.  Joey regardless  of what the press or government wants to spew is a good guy, a solid guy, a standup guy, and honest guy, and not the Dracula type of character the papers claim.     WELCOME HOME CUGINE!!



PHIL NARDUCCI

Phil has been moved to Brooklyn, MDC, and from what I have heard will be there until about December, when he expects to be released.  A lot of the exit date has been discussed because of the plea deal, and the fact that his time prior to the trial was not counted towards his sentencing.  It seems to keep going back and forth, but the end result is, Phil is stationed now in Brooklyn, which is probably depending on your viewpoint may be a better facility for him, but a lot of people have been asking why Brooklyn of all places.  I really can't give you the answer to that because I'm not privy to what the decision process is for the feds.  What I can tell you is last year there was some shit that happened in Brooklyn with the heat going out and prisoners were forced into the cold for over a week without DeBlasio doing a damn thing about it.  No power, no lights, no heat, in cold ass temps. Let's hope that, at least for Philip, it's a quick stop, then back home to Philly for the holidays.  Last I heard from Phil he was content, and just ready to get home.  He was in good spirits and making the best of it.  By most accounts, and I'm not a lawyer, I would have to assume he's closer to his end date then the beginning that's for sure.  When I get some clarification on his out date, I will update everyone.
