WHEN "JOURNALISTS" GO TO FAR

I am not a journalist, despite the fact that people attempt to lop me in with those leeches.  What I do is very very different then the likes of Jerry Capeci, Selwyn Raab, and so many others.   While I may cover aspects of organized crime, I think those who actually pay attention to my radio shows and articles realize is, I'm not TEAM FED.  I never have been, I never will be.  I have seen the FEDS time and time again do so much egregious things to people, that I just cannot on any level accept or acknowledge them for anyting other then a modern day gestapo, hell bent on taking the words of the scumiest fucks the world ever produced, to just put someone in prison. 

Too many trials I have seen them at work.  Granted, I'm not going to say 100% of all cased are ficticious.  Sometimes people get caught doing dumb shit.  That's reality.  The distortion comes in, when they forgive murder, rape, beheadings, fraud and other glorious crimes to go unpunished because the pos they have testifying is going to help their bottom line.  The government has a blank check, and the odds are stacked against you as long as the morality of the federal government becomes, give us enough and go about your life as if you never did a thing wrong.   That's not what this article is about though.  This is about journalists who don't know when to stay in there lane.  Yes, I am going after George Anastasia and Dave Ratweiser.

I know people are tired of hearing this from me.  I will however continue to hammer where I can because I find what they do absolutely repulsive.   While I certainly understand and accept many people find me repulsive and what I do repulsive as well, I'm trying to unblur the lines for you.
People ask me all the time what my problem is with George Anastasia.  So let's address that one first.   I was actually an avid reader of Anastasia's books.  I enjoyed his knowledge, and felt his books were well crafted.  It was entertainment.  I knew the majority of his books involved talking to informants, and from actually being at some trials, so I took it as, it was packaged.  I never thought in a million years, that George was a scum bag until about two years ago.

The first issue I have, is a book he wrote two years ago, which I cannot legally mention, nor can I mention the turds name who he wrote a book with.  However, that book is filled with one lie after another.  I'm not saying one or two things were off, almost the entirety of the book is absolutely filled with untruths.   Some could argue that I am taking a stance to defend John Gotti Jr, who was a major part of that book.  I'm not.  That's not my objective or my stance.

 The first problem is, simple research solves most of the problems.  I went through the entirety of the book, and there were holes a mile wide in that book.  If you look at court transcripts versus what Anastasia made claims to, you will see as I did, he didn't do his research at all.  Instead he relied on someone to feed him a shit stew and he bought it.  Anastasia is no fool.  He's not stupid.  He knew exactly what he was doing.  Simple research folks, is all it would have taken.  The problem I suspect, is that I believe(it's my opinion) that he realized midway he was telling a huge lie and was stuck in a logjam.    He was confronted at one point by a journalist at a town hall mafia sort of function about his lies, and he refused to answer a single question.  

If you are an author you have to tell the truth.  Second and third hand information can be dismantled through research and court transcripts.  The mere fact that Anastasia claims he researched everything is laughable.  He didn't.  He got hosed and took the word of a snitch, over actual documents and evidence.  That makes Anastasia no longer credible in any sense.  Besides he takes the words of Previte, and every other pos as gospel. He loves the informants. But that's not why I have an issue.  He's an author, he can write about bugs banging on a matchbox for all I care, but be honest about it.

Anastasia teaches a criminology class at a university.  I have a sibling who also works at this university in a very prestigious position.  The subject who gave him the book "knowledge" levied threats against me, using Anastasia's name, to go and brow beat my sibling, or to level some sort of loose threat, that if I didn't "shut up, meetings would be arranged."    I have played those tapes a bunch of times.  The problem is, Anastasia was made aware that this loser was using his name and his position as a teacher at this university to levy a threat.

  My attorney, sent Anastasia a letter, just informing him of the issue, and asking him to please correct the idiot who was levying the threat.  My attorney also asked that Anastasia please publicly come out and speak out against it.  More than anything is was to protect Anastasia from getting embroiled in something very dangerous.   Anastasia never bothered to respond.  Not a word.  He knew this guy was doing this and refused to seperate himself from it. That makes him a piece of shit on every level.   It also proved to me that his love affair with informants is more paramount then standing up and saying I'm not letting some pos ruin my career.

He chose to take sides with his buddy, and continued to tour with him doing lectures and talks, despite the fact that we had tapes of this guy levying threats.   It was then I lost all respect for the guy.  It just sort of got worse from there.

One thing I realized, was that Anastasia sorta tells a lot of big fish stories in all his books.  I went back and read many of his books a second time, looked at court documents, and found that in about every book, he told huge stories.  Granted sometimes in a book you have to fill in gaps, with opinion, but more often then not, he printed false facts.   At that point I stopped buying anything he said.  Move forward a few months later, I come across his show, Mob Talk SHITdown, which rarely has much merit to it.  He regurgiates what the FBI tells him.  If you don't think George doesn't talk to the FBI your ought of your mind.   I can prove it.   But...

Let's add another vile scumbag to this.  Dave Schratweiser, whom I affectionately call Dave Rattweiser, because how this guy ever won an Emmy blows my mind.  He is nothing short of a bush hiding Geraldo Rivera wannabee.  Doing abstract investigations is one thing.  This guy, is absolutely repulsive on evert level and that makes the team of Anastasia and Rattweiser a comedy team of jerk offs.

Too many people I know, or have met have told me, multiple times Dave would be camped outside of their homes, waiting for them to come outside.   One person said, "Jeff I came outta my fucking house, and there he is, sitting in a van just waiting.  I step out, and here he comes with a camera.  This was outside my fucking home."  

Phil Narducci suffered from Rattweiser syndrome too.  When Phil's house was raided in the early morning hours, who was there first?  Who was parked outside?  Who was ready to take video?  Ratwesier.  How the hell did he know there was going to be an impending arrest?  He knew because he talks to the cops and FBI.  Both he and Anastasia claim "street guys," give them information, however I have copies of emails, which I can put out where both are asking random south Philadelphia nobodys for leads.  Does that prove they don't talk to the FBI?  No.  They do get info from the inside, but if they are reduced to asking John Doe off the internet for info, then how expert can they be?  

Sure, cultivating a source is one thing, but these two are something else.
At what point, if you wanna call yourself a journalist, do you sit outside of a man's home taking video?  At what point do you sit outside a social club, shooting video, naming people, ranks, and more?  At what point do you cross the line?  You could easily cover a story, without doing that shit.  
The feds are all over social media, and they watch close, and I cannot imagine that both of those two, don't feed them info either.  Therefore, they should be, and are, rats.   When you take the word of an informant versus others, you are of the same cloth.    They have no business staking out homes, have no business naming names and ranks, especially when they are 50-50 on being accurate.  
Anastasia is considered an expert, so if you follow that logic, then him sitting outside making a guess on a rank, or that other dipshit doing it, is going to put some poor fuck on a radar he never should be on.

During the Merlino plea, Rattweiser showed up.  He sat inside the courtroom looking like a freshly polished turd.  I was sitting behind Joey Merlino who was louging on the first row of seats.  Dave was playing nice, making jokes, and Joey was nice to him.  After all he's in court.  Listening in close, I could tell and knew exactly what was going to happen.  First of all Dave knew what the plea was about.  He knew the deal, he knew the facts.   I knew he was going to bumrush Joey outside of court.   As Dave got up and left the courtroom, Joey turns and looks at me.  I had a look on my face like "please let me slap that guy."  Joey smirks, and says "Fucking Jerkoff that guy."   I never understood why Joey even gave him a second, but I guess it's better to get along in a world where these two can make your life pretty shitty really quick.

As the plea hearing ended. I got out ahead of Joey, and there was Ratboy, staging where he was gonna shoot the video from.  He looked at me, I looked at him, and I asked him if he was gonna be a man, and say whatever he had been saying to me.  He rolled his eyes, I walked towards him, and levied a few choice words for him, and what I felt.  He's truly a jerk off on every level.  As soon as Joey exits I dip around to the right, and I hear him asking about the plea.  I truly wish Joey would have slapped him across the face.  Is what it is, but the guy is a slug, a jerkoff, and a nothing.    Even last week, he was spouting off about Joe Ligambi.   "The last time I saw Uncle Joe, he was sunning himself on his back porch."   What?  So he's admitting he's half a stalker now? What jerkoff peers over a fence or even goes that way to peer?  It's creepy.

At some point, just report.  Peering over fences, hiding in bushes, bum rishing people isn't journalism. It's borderline to catch a predator type of shit.  I cannot respect any man who cannot respect another man or his family enough to behave like a gentlemen.  Neither one of those guys has any scruples.  They are jerkoffs.   This is why I rail them.   I just can't tolerate it.  How many other reporters or journalists have conducted themselves like humans?  Many.  Not these two.   Maybe they should spend more time hand in hand in the park while they talk dropping Joey Merlino's name 100 times in ten minutes.  

The truth is, I could accept shitty journalism, I could accept borderline lies, if they were remotely funny.  However, when you just outright lie, and follow people and attach yourself like a tick on a dogs balls, I just don't have any respect for what you do.   If you confront them, which I've done, they walk away, say nothing, act like cowards, and block you on social media.  Nothing like confronting two pile on's with the truth and have them speechless.  In the end, to each their own, but just know your getting served, soft serve shit on a paddle and you might as well fling it in your own face because that's all there opinions and facts are worth.
