Weeks ago, there was an article printed by Gang Land News author Jerry Capeci, regarding an attorney, and my lawsuit against John Alite.  While I was steamed at the trash he reported, I wasn't really surprised at all. The reasons? That's simple.

It's no secret that I don't appreciate or like Jerry Capeci.  We have a history even if he doesn't seem to remember it.  Well over a decade ago, I was minding my own business at my home, when there was a knock at the door.  My dog went ballistic, and from my window I could see sheriff's patrol cars and other unmarked cars outside my house.  I answered the door and outside was four sheriff deputies and two men dressed in suits and I knew immediately they were the F.B.I.(the shoes always give them away)  I asked them what they wanted and they said they needed to come in and speak to me.

To be honest, I was totally unsure of what they wanted , and the fact that they brought four deputies with them was absolutely beyond what was needed.  I don't know exactly what the sheriff department was told, but they were there like I was some sort of killer.

In any event, we sat down in the kitchen, and the FBI agents placed a large folder on the kitchen table.  Inside the folder was paper, photos, and more.  Right away they asked the following question. "Do you know Jerry Capeci?"  It was right then, I knew exactly why they were there.

The truth is, a months prior I had sent Jerry Capeci a scathing email because he was reporting "facts", on people I loved and was related to.  I had a huge issue with his version of events.  I never once threatened him or made any insinuation of such.  Also at the time it's well worth noting I was in direct contact with former DeMeo crew member Anthony Senter, and former alleged Colombo Crime boss Carmine Persico.  Also in the mix was Angela Clemente, who was responsible for upending the Greg Scarpa and the FBI collusion.  Add those people, and I guess I was taken to be something I wasn't.

In any event, the FBI agent, pulls out an email.  He reads it.  There was a line they were focused on. I had told Jerry he was fortunate that I was just venting and could look past his drama, because someone else might not react maturely to his lies.   Apparently that was enough for Jerry to run to the FBI, then had an injunction into Federal Court to subpoena AOL to get my home address and contact information.  They followed that up with threats that they could extradite me back to New York to face charges of "threats, and etc."  I never threatened him. That was in his mind.  Here I was, living in Virginia at the time, and why was I picked out of a hat?  The only thing all these years later I can figure is that because I knew people, and because my circle was vast, he decided to run to the FBI either 1)out of fear(which is laughable, or 2) Because he's exactly who I always thought he was.  Tough on paper weak in every other area.

The FBI agent then discussed other things with me, which isn't worth mentioning because it involved someone else, whom I was around non stop.  The guy had a past, did federal time, and was involved with the Pizza Connection back in the day.  They told me based on my past convictions if I didn't change my life, I would end up bunk mates with my friends.  They left and said "You now have an FBI file and we will be watching."  They left.

Now, I bring that up, to show you the kind of person Jerry Capeci is.  Whether you like his books, articles or whatever, I just have zero respect for what he did.  He can deny it all he wants.  For the record I did contact the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act, and inquired about any investigations or information about myself.  There response was "we cannot confirm nor deny that we have any files related to you, nor can we confirm or deny that you are under investigation, we cannot confirm nor deny if we have any files related to your name."  So much for that.

In any event, Jerry Capeci put out an article a few weeks ago, filled with lies.  I am not saying that Jerry lied, I am saying what he reported were lies, and he didn't even back them up.  I cannot reproduce his content obviously because he has a pay site, so anything I dicuss here is paraphrased.  The crux of his article was about John Alite's claims that an attorney was "trying to have him killed."  Lie number one.   John Alite wrote an letter to the New York bar association attempting to get this said attorney in trouble.  His facts included in the letter were hilarious.This all hinged on two things. A) That an attorney put a wanted posted on the internet, in effect, trying to have him killed, and B) That said attorney hired thugs to deliver court lawsuit paperwork.

That "Wanted Poster" was a meme designed to poke Alite a bit, and I designed the poster, not any attorney, and Alite is so thin skinned it create havoc inside of him so he added it to his "bullshit letter."  At no time, did any attorney do anything. I did it, come after me please.

John Alite said this letter was sent to the bar, but in fact, it was not.  It was designed to make a loose threat, designed to get said attorney to stop defending his client.  It didn't work, and was a complete fabrication.  Also in this letter was a description of legal paperwork which was delivered to John Alite's home. That's funny because Alite has claimed he never received any paperwork.  So which is it?

John Alite claimed, that thugs showed up at "his home, screaming and ranting, banging on doors, causing a scene so bad the neighbors had to call the police."  How would he know that if he "wasn't there?" Wouldn't that be second hand information?

What Alite doesn't tell you, is that he wasn't there.  I know for a fact that's the case, because the entire event was video taped.  What he also doesn't say, is that the New Jersey Police were called ahead of time and knew that paperwork was being delivered. It's protocol to let them know before paperwork is placed so that there is a record, in case anything bad happens.  What else he isn't saying is that one of the members who helped delivered the paperwork was an actual off duty police officer.  There was no "screaming, no yelling."   The paperwork was placed on the door, a photo was taken, along with a video of the entire event.  John Alite was not present and is completely lying.

The paperwork was removed off of John Alite's door by Jimmy Cap AKA Sean Richard.  All on video.  So not only is his letter to the bar filled with lies, but his story as related by Capeci is filled with absolute lies.  John Alite denied proper service because he had to.  He didn't want to answer to a lawsuit, and it was his way of trying to push it aside, because it was best for him.  Need proof?

How about a default motion?  See, what he also doesn't explain, is that in order to get a default motion, you have to have proof that the paperwork was delivered legally.  His claims of never getting said paperwork is a lie.  Not only did he get it, but full well knew about it.  No judge in there right mind is going to award a default motion if the delivery was in any way shape or form done illegally. It further proves that the events Alite claims happened, never did.

It all points to the same narrative, John Alite cannot tell the truth.  Not only did he tell lies to Capeci, who printed his bullshit story, but tried desperately to control the narrative.  There is more to this story, but certain things I won't talk about here.  Alite has tried at length to discredit and destroy an attorney well known, incredibly respected, and honorable because he doesn't like the lawsuit.  I can prove that, so let him try and go that route.

This is not about the lawsuit, this is about lie after lie after lie.  It never ends never stops, and just continues to filter everywhere.  The fact that he went to lengths to lie to Capeci, is just beyond pathetic.  His "I sent this letter to the bar," is another glowing lie.  He didn't send it because he knew just as a lot of people in this know, he lied, and no way is he going to be that stupid.  If he could get said attorney in trouble then maybe the lawsuit would go away, and it's backfired on him.  I just wish Capeci would write a story to tell the truth about what actually happened.  Capeci also said if said "lawsuit goes to trial I will cover it."  Um, no you won't. I will do everything in my power to ensure you are barred from any trial.  Some might argue that could help, but I don't want him near me, printing my name, or anything else because he's a jerk off, not until he admits what he did to me, or that he printed lies on his website.   Garbage sells, trust me, always has always will.

In final, let it be known, once again, Alite has spun his story into fantasy land, and it's just another "story," which only got any attention because Capeci didn't back up his article with facts, rather relied on Alite's version of events.  Did I also mention that John Alite put the name GOTTI in the letter? Of course he did.  I'm incredibly sick of that, the GOTTI family has zero to do with me, my lawsuit or any said attorney.  He put that in for good measure, as he does with every line that comes from his yap.  He's done it to everyone.    My intention here, is not to bash anyone, just to tell the truth and defend someone I call  dear friend, and other friends as well.   So-- that being said, be careful what you believe because apparently there doesn't seem to be a lot of "facts," just innuendo and lies.
